1. WEATHER POLICY
- Light Rain/Heat: Tours operate normally with provided rain poncho and umbrella.
- Severe Weather (storms/floods): We will notify you 1+ hour before your tour if rescheduling is needed.
- Choose:
✔ Free rescheduling to another date
✔ 80% refund if rescheduling isn’t possible
2. CANCELLATIONS BY GUEST
⏰ More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund or date change.
⏰ 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund or One Free Reschedule
⏰ Less than 24 hours/no-show: No refund (except medical emergencies with documentation), but you can reschedule for a small fee:
- Group tours: $5-$10 per person
- Private tours: $10-$20 per person
3. LATE ARRIVALS
⏰ 1–15 minutes late: We’ll wait but may shorten the tour.
⏰ 16–30 minutes late: Guide will try to accommodate (e.g., direct you to join the tour at the next stop).
⏰ 30+ Minutes Late or No-Show → No refund, no rescheduling.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY US
